Farm Visit to Black Farmers’ Collective

Join us on a farm visit to Black Farmers’ Collective in Milton. It will take place on Sunday 24th June at 10am.

We’ll arrange the transportation there and back and you’ll get a chance to work on a farm, earn time credits, learn about farming in Ontario, and learn about the Black Farmers’ Collective.

The plan:

  • Leaving St James Town (Rose Ave) at 10 am
  • Arrive at the Black Farmers Collective Milton farm at 11 am
  • ‘Learn about the Black Farmers Collective and farm until 1 pm
    – Lunch break –
  • Return to farming at 2 pm
  • Leave for Toronto at 4 pm, arrive at 5 pm

This event is a pay what you can event and you’ll need to bring your own lunch for the day.
