Yogurt and Cilantro Sauce

  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cups fresh chopped cilantro
  • 1 1/2 cups yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Combine onion, cilantro, coriander, and yogurt and lemon juice in a medium bowl.
  2. Season sauce with salt and pepper and more lemon juice if required.
